Replacement
We offer a free exchange, which can be requested within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Each customer is entitled to one exchange per order.
For the exchange to be carried out, the product must be in perfect condition, with the original label, without signs of use, damage or washing.
How to Request an Exchange:

Send an email to contato@agcollezione.com.br informing the order number and the product you wish to exchange. Describe the reason for the exchange.

If necessary, our team may request additional information to better understand the situation.

You will receive a postage code to send the product through the nearest post office.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will send confirmation of the exchange and the new item.
Guarantee
We offer a 90 (ninety) calendar day warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. We are committed to resolving any issues in the best possible way. However, we are not responsible for exchanges or repairs of products that present defects resulting from improper use or other factors other than manufacturing.
